Frequently Asked Questions
The Dossett Box Service is free. Delivery of the dossett box is also free. Note: dossett boxes do not qualify for collection via the 24-hour collection point.
We offer free local delivery for all prescriptions, including dossett boxes. We can also deliver OTC items with your prescription at the same time.
After you order, our team contacts your GP to organise your prescriptions. We'll confirm when your new dossett boxes will start.
Ask your old pharmacy to return the prescription to us electronically, or allow them to supply this time and then ask your GP to change your nominated pharmacy. We can also help with this.
Please consult your GP first for approval. We can only supply medication as prescribed by your GP.
