What ailments does the service cover?
Sinusitis
Head congestion, facial pain/pressure, runny nose for more than 10 days. Age 12+.
Earache (Acute otitis media)
Sudden severe earache with fever, hearing loss or difficulty sleeping. In-person consult only. Age 1–17.
Infected insect bites
Red, swollen, painful or hot bites. Age 1+.
Impetigo
Contagious skin infection with red, crusty sores (often around mouth or nose). Age 1+.
Shingles
Painful blistering rash on one side of the body. Age 18+.
Urinary infections (women)
Uncomplicated UTIs with burning, frequency and urgency. Age 16–64.
Acute sore throat
Pain/scratchy throat, dysphagia, swollen glands. Age 5+.
